Please read the following notes regarding the warranty:

*Note: Prices may change during the New Year holidays, Golden Week, Obon holidays, etc.

Bar Guarantee is a minimum guarantee on bar sales.
If the bar guarantee is not met for each day, you will be responsible for the cost.
Upon entry, you will be charged 700 yen per person for one drink.
The cost of one drink is also included in the bar guarantee.

Example) Bar guarantee for Friday rental: ¥105,000
If you attract 200 people, the total will be 700 yen per drink x 200 = 140,000 yen, so there will be no bar guarantee.

100 people = 1D 700 yen x 100 = 70,000 yen, so if bar sales are 35,000 yen, no bar guarantee will be incurred.

50 people = 1D 700 yen x 50 = 35,000 yen, so if bar sales are 50,000 yen, you will be charged 25,000 yen.

*This includes preparation and rehearsal time.
Corporate events can also be used for wedding plans.

As a full-scale entertainment space, we can provide sound and lighting equipment by specialized staff, as well as video production on a large LED screen.

The venue layout is also flexible!
We will help you with the best production that only our store can provide for your important anniversary, including DJ TIME playing memorable songs by our exclusive DJ and video shooting.

＜Notes＞

  • We ask that all users (including those involved in the event; the same applies below) strictly observe the following precautions.

  • Parking on the surrounding streets is strictly prohibited. Please park your vehicle in a nearby parking lot when waiting for loading and unloading.

  • Loading and unloading is the responsibility of the user.

  • In the event that any buildings, facilities or fixtures inside or outside the venue are damaged or lost, the User shall restore them to their original state or compensate for all direct and indirect expenses required for restoring them to their original state, as calculated by the Venue.

  • Selling goods, handing out materials, advertising, taking photographs, recording, donations, etc. are not permitted without the approval of the venue. Please discuss this with the person in charge in advance.

  • The venue will not be liable for any damages caused by theft or breakage of property belonging to users or third parties.

  • The venue will not be liable for any damages incurred due to the cancellation of the event due to natural disasters, fires, or other force majeure that make it difficult to use the venue.

  • Regarding any other matters related to use, please consult and follow the instructions of the relevant person in charge.
